Joe Francis, the creator of "Girls Gone Wild” desperately tried to buy back intimate videotape footage he shot with the hotel heiress Paris Hilton, that is now being sold on the Internet.
Hilton is considering taking legal action against the Web site www.ParisExposed.com where surfers can access video footage and photographs she left in a Los Angeles storage locker.
Francis, who was dating the heiress when they shot the private videos, tried to reclaim the tape, but refused to pay the reported 7 million dollars the broker was asking.
He told E! News, “I was actually trying to negotiate to get my tapes back, but we were unsuccessful. They had asked me for $7 million bucks. At ‘Girls Gone Wild’ there’s a reason why we get consent from people. Because we can’t disseminate their image without their permission.I shot the tapes and there are pictures of me and somebody else disseminated it without my permission.This was meant to be a (private) video that I made with my girlfriend at the time, who was Paris Hilton.”

Paris Hilton’s best friend, socialite Kim Kardashian, has been caught up in a new sex tape scandal after filming her sexploits with her ex, Whitney Houston’s reported new beau Ray J.
A raunchy tape featuring the former couple engaged in various acts, including oral sex, has made its way to Internet porn firm SugarDVD.com, according to news website TMZ.com, which has confirmed the existence of the racy film.
SugarDVD.com bosses have reportedly offered Kardishian, the daughter of famed attorney Robert Kardashian, a $2 million (£1 million) deal for the exclusive rights to the tape.
But Kardashian insists she wants nothing to do with the sale of the sex tape, and insists her ex, R&B star Brandy’s brother, will not want to get caught up in the deal either.
She tells TMZ.com, “There is no tape being shopped. Ray J and I remain friends, and there is nothing he would do to spite me.” Kardashian admits she’s sceptical about news the sex tape has been leaked: “I would love to see what they’ve seen.”

The estranged hubby of pop tart Britney Spears, Kevin Federline, has threatened to write a steamy tell-all book about the couple’s marriage if he doesn’t get the divorce settlement he wants.
The memoirs may well include tales of Britney’s alleged drug use and wild drinking sprees, and of course Spears’ lesbian fantasies around her sexual attraction to other women.
A source told American publication Star, “Kevin is either hoping a publisher will pay him big money for the book or that Britney will cough up more cash than what’s in their pre-nup to keep him from spilling the beans.”
According to the couple’s pre-nup agreement, Federline could receive around $360,000 in spousal support, plus $7 million from the sale of their Malibu and Californian homes.

But Britney’s recent exploits have family, friends and fans worried, especially with estranged hubby Kevin Federline fighting for custody of the couple’s two sons.
An insider told British paper News of the World that Britney’s mum, Lynne, is now seething, and she believes that Britney’s antics will come back to bite her, and that the ‘Toxic’ singer might even end up losing her kids.
“She (Lynne) was relieved when her daughter dumped rap husband Kevin Federline. But with Britney going for custody of her two young sons, Lynne fears her antics might influence the judge,” the source said.

Chinese actress Zhang Yu has created a scandal stir in China by admitting that she had sex with directors in return for roles in soap operas and movies.
The UK Independent has reported on Zhang`s confession, in which she said that some of China’s top TV and film directors often demanded sex in return for high-profile roles.
