People who don't tell their partners about their sexual pasts could be forced to pay damages for negligently transmitting AIDS or other sexually communicable diseases, the California Supreme Court has ruled in a groundbreaking decision.

(New York City) The Court of Appeals, the highest court in New York State, is expected to rule this week, possibly as soon as today, on whether same-sex couples can marry.
The court heard arguments in May in an omnibus case involving four different lawsuits brought by 44 gay and lesbian couples.

Joseph P. Micatrotto, Buca’s CEO and former head of Panda Express, has pleaded guilty to charges he defrauded the company and investors through a series of activities which included spending $54,000 at strip clubs between 2001 and 2004.
The spending included a one $19,017 charge on a credit card along with a $5,000 tip at one strip club.

A third suspect was arrested Monday in the multimillion-dollar "Ray Guhn" Internet pornography operation that authorities say was based in Pensacola.
Andrew Kevin Craft, 38, identified by investigators as the general manager of the Web site on which locally produced films were shown, was taken into custody at his home in the 6500 block of Memphis Avenue in Pensacola.

Gross, in his "porn-mobile," is a regular fixture at porn conventions. His anti-porn Web site is provocatively entitled XXXChurch.com.

For a few who jump into bed feeling fine, orgasm can trigger a sudden, explosive headache. And for a minority of people, headaches are cured by a roll in the hay.
A small pilot study exploring the link between migraines and libido suggests there might be a reward for headache pain. In the June edition of the journal Headache, researchers found that young adults with migraines reported higher levels of sexual desire.
