When people visited what they thought was the Web site for Munday Chevrolet recently, they found pornography rather than information on new and used cars, according to a lawyer for the dealer.
The outraged owners of the north Houston-area car dealer responded by suing June 8 in a South Florida federal court to claim ownership to www.mundaychevrolet.com, which is slightly different from the Munday Chevrolet's actual Web address, www.munday-chevrolet.com.Posted by Super Sub in: Legal Issues, Internet, USA at 3:01 AM GMT
