Hotel heiress Paris Hilton refused to perform oral sex on her boyfriends until she was 19 years old, after her mother told her the act would leave her with facial craters.
The sexy blonde first gave oral sex to ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon, who videoed the act for the now infamous One Night In Paris celeb porn video.
Until then she was convinced fellatio would leave her facer deformed - thanks to the scary warning served up by her mother Kathy Hilton.
